Back in 2001, a trio of New Zealanders set up the first Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK) in Battersea, South London. Its aim was to bring a gourmet edge to the UK burger scene with a casual dining approach. GBK prides itself on serving up a variety of handcrafted burgers combining 100% prime beef with the finest ingredients and homemade burger sauces. With 65 restaurants in the UK and franchises in Ireland, Greece, Dubai and Oman, GBK are continuously expanding. We’ve been working closely with GBK for a number of years devising bespoke HVAC systems suited to its aggressive cooking style.
