Located just off the hustle and bustle of Fulham High Street, Côte Brasserie opened its second restaurant in the area in April. Côte dedicates itself to seasonality and sourcing high-quality ingredients, resulting in a regularly changing specials menu as well as serving the well-known classics. Dishes include: steak frites, moules mariniere, corn-fed chicken from rural Britanny and tuna Nicoise. It’s the kind of restaurant that people not in the industry assume is an independent. In actual fact, Côte is one of the UK’s most successful and prolific restaurant concepts in the industry today. So much so that BC Partners bought the company from CBPE Capital earlier this year for £250 million.

“I just can’t get enough of this restaurant. From the food to the décor, I just love it. I can’t wait to come back with my family and friends!”

A little bit of Paris in the UK

This large corner site has 120 seats inside, full-height French windows revealing a sepia interior and an outside terrace that gives the restaurant an authentic Parisian feel. Tables are unclothed to keep the simple brasserie theme. Decorated in muted shades, there are beautiful mosaic patterned tiles on the floor, hanging lights and dark wooden furniture, and a mirrored ceiling feature in the main dining area. Traditional linear grilles keep the air conditioning in the restaurant perfectly balanced, whilst our bespoke Canopy Containment Air (CCA) hoods maintain temperatures and control cooking fumes in the back-of-house kitchen.

Refurbs and retrofits

We have a list of loyal clientele that we’ve worked with for a number of years, and we’re lucky that Côte is one of them. Due to the size of its estate, our work with them can vary from minor refurbishments and retrofits to full project fit outs. For us, our job is as much about keeping old sites up to date and running efficiently as it is about launching brand new restaurants in budget and on time.
