Chiquito - Chapman Ventilation

Owned by The Restaurant Group, Chiquito’s is a colourful restaurant chain serving Tex-Mex favourites, beers and cocktails. Open from breakfast to dinner Chiquito serves dishes such as nachos, chilli poppers, burritos, fajitas, burgers, sandwiches, salads and steaks from the grill. Cocktails are also infused with a Latin flair from mojitos to margaritas, tequilas to daiquiris.

Donde Esta La Ventilacion

The interior is flamboyant with large mosaic tables, comfortable booths and mismatched furniture representing a Mexican hacienda interior. What gives it a real rustic Mexican feeling is the reclaimed authentic Mexican materials and bric-a-brac. With the décor being so vibrant, our air conditioning grills had to be camouflaged so we painted them the same colour as the ceiling.

Keeping Cool

Even though our grills are not obvious to the eye in this particular restaurant, they have a fundamental role. With sizzling dishes and a lot of smoke, installing an efficient and effective system to ensure there is a balanced airflow of fresh and cool air is often a complex and challenging job. Having worked with The Restaurant Group across all of their restaurant brands, we knew exactly what to install to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and effectively caters to the varied cooking techniques.
