The Ivy to open in Edinburgh.
According to the MCA the Ivy Collection, the Richard Caring-backed group, has lined up an opening in Edinburgh. The company is believed to have secured a site in Edinburgh’s St. Andrews Square development for an opening later this year. It will join Drake & Morgan and Dishoom. It is set to be a significant year of expansion for the Ivy Collection. It has already secured sites in Cobham, Guildford One Tower Bridge and Bath for openings next year. Before Christmas, the group dropped a further hint at where it hopes to expand over the coming 12-18 months, with a list of target locations appearing on its website.
