La Tasca revamps Covent Garden site

Spanish tapas bar and restaurant chain La Tasca has reopened the doors to its Covent Garden site after a revamp to its design and food and drinks menus. It now includes a wider range of Spanish dishes and Spanish craft beer. It is said that the new theatrical new design reflects the restaurant’s “stylish surrounding in the theatre district of Covent Garden, whilst remaining true to the Spanish style that the brand has become known for”. The menu will include dishes such as smoked tomato and goats cheese salad and Pressa Iberica skewers. Chief executive of La Tasca Simon Wilkinson said: It is a really exciting time for La Tasca, after a lot of hard work and planning we have opened Covent Garden as the second site under the new design following Birmingham. Covent Garden design and food has a more contemporary feel with elements of theatre and style to reflect our Spanish roots.”
