Great North Run 2017

Daniel Burridge and Luke Hazelton from our Projects Team are taking part in the Great North Run on Sunday 10th September in. The Great North Run is the largest half marathon (13.1 miles) in the world, taking place annually in the North East of England each September.  Participants run between Newcastle upon Tyne and South Shields. The run was devised by former Olympic 10,000m bronze medallist and BBC Sports commentator Brendan Foster.

They are raising money for UK Sepsis Trust. The charity save lives and improve outcomes for survivors of sepsis by instigating political change, educating healthcare professionals, raising public awareness and providing support for those affected by this devastating condition.
