Frankie & Benny’s debuts in the top ten best employers.

Frankie & Benny’s, The Restaurant Group-owned brand, is in the top 10 Bloomberg’s index of the British employers most favoured by their staff. Frankie and Benny’s was placed ninth and was the only business from the UK’s eating and drinking-out sector to appear in the index, which covers more than 1,600 UK-based companies that have at least 500 employees. Jaguar Land Rover, AstraZeneca and Harrods made the top three. TRG chief executive Danny Breithaupt said: “The Frankie and Benny’s team are delighted to have come out as the best place to work within our sector showing that the work we have done recently around people and development and training is really starting to pay dividends. With so much choice around for people to work within our industry it’s vital we look after our people and it’s something we are clearly succeeding in at here at Frankie and Benny’s”.
