Five Guys to double its presence in Liverpool.
U.S burger giant Five Guys is to double its presence in Liverpool after securing the recently closed Café Rouge site on The Terrace at Liverpool One. The 4,822 sq.ft. site will have 175-covers and is due to open this summer. Neville Mailing, head of property at Five Guys, said: “Securing a location on The Terrace at Liverpool One fulfils a long-held ambition for Five Guys. We are in a prime location in one of the UK’s prime cities.” The company already operates a site in the city’s Queens Square. The 60-strong chain also hopes to open a further 20 sites this year with talks of opening in West Central, Bournemouth; York; Cheshire Oaks; London’s Piccadilly; Clapham and Croydon.
