Dishoom to open its first site in Edinburgh.
Dishoom, the London based Indian restaurant, is to open its first site in Edinburgh this winter in the 1920’s-era former Forsyths department store building at St. Andrew Square. The restaurant will be spread across three floors with an open kitchen on the ground floor, a first floor dining room and a basement bar and dining space. The restaurant group said that the Scottish capital was the perfect location for its first site outside of London. Dishes will include executive chef Naved Nasir’s breakfast menu, all-day sharing plates such as grills, biriyanis, rolls and curries.
