Byron confirms openings pipeline
Byron, the 52-strong ‘proper hamburger’ group, has confirmed an impressive expansion pipeline of 13 secured sites and 11 in advanced legal talks.
Backed by Hutton-Collins, Byron has secured sites in Manchester Corn Exchange, Bury St. Edmonds, Newcastle, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bromley and Harrogate due to open later this year. It will also launch restaurants in Southampton, Farnham, Watford, Bath, Chelmsford and Worcester in 2016.
Tom Byng, Byron’s founder and chief executive, said, “Our vision remains the same as ever – to serve consistently delicious hamburgers in beautiful, individually-designed restaurants.”
On Friday, the group announced that it had appointed M&C Saatchi PR as its new consumer and corporate communications agency.
