Busaba Eathai restructures its management team

The Jason Myers led group Busaba Eathai has restructured its management team in order to give the business the capability to operate a 50-strong estate. According to the M&C Report the 14-strong group, which opened a site earlier this week in Manchester, has appointed former Finance Director at Joules, Blacks and Greene King – Marc Lombard as Chief Operating Officer. Busaba Eathai will open its second site in the North West at the end of February in Liverpool. Myers told the M&C: “We have put in place the structure which will allow this business to grow to up to and over 50 sites. We’ve signed deals for several other sites across the UK but unfortunately we can’t talk about them yet.”
