Cycle to Work Day 2016.

Today a group of employees from across the business took part in Cycle to Work Day which aims to encourage everyone to take two wheels and cycle into work for at least one day.

Here’s what Iain Finch (Head of Site Services) had to say about his cycle into work:

“Living East of Colchester and cycling 62 miles to our head office in Welwyn Garden City was never going to be a walk in the park. I left home at 5am and within just two hours I cycled 37 miles, in that time I was lucky enough to witness a beautiful sunrise. I chose the more picturesque route which ran through Bishops Stortford, Much Hadham, Ware and Hertford. After 3 hours and 45 minutes I reached the office just after 9am. It was a fantastic experience, I felt great and there’s nothing like a #cycletoworkday to realise your goals!”
